I found the hotel to be a perfect base with lovely nearby walking areas and shopping options, as there's a huge shopping center just a short stroll away. Good green spaces like Laguna El Campillo only almost 2 km away to enjoy the outdoors.

Friendliness of the staff. Hotel room was clean and well furnished, breakfast was really good.

The free internet capability in the lobby was very limited/poor. I had to participate in a phone conference and share data with my colleagues and this did not work as I had expected.

I liked staying in this top quality place. Location: the hotel was really close to the shopping mall and metro as well as Madrid by metro and around Madrid. It also was close to shopping area.

The staff were warm and cute, making check-in easy, and the complimentary sparkling wine upon arrival added a nice touch to the experience.

The air conditioning system was uncomfortably noisy, which hindered my ability to get a good night's sleep.

Convenient right off A3, free parking, nice rooms

Wifi was paid (12E) and it did not work properly; I complained next morning and the front-desk clerk just shrugged, said it was not their service (Movisar). Hard to recommend a place with this situation, especially when many are business travelers who need to get online. Also, restaurant/bar were closed for August holidays - but I suppose that was why room was discounted so much; that information should have been made available before booking.

Staff was very helpful and ready to assist. Clean room, sheets and toilet. Good value for money.

I believe nowadays every hotel should provide WiFi access to internet free of charge. In this hotel this is true only in the common areas, which is better than nothing but definitely suboptimal as in the rooms it costs eur 6.50 per hour (or 12 per 24 hours)

The superior double room was very comfortable with a large bathroom that had amazing green tiles. Breakfast was excellent too, with plenty of choices. I loved the free private parking which was super convenient, especially being on the outskirts of madrid. Plus, the nearby shopping center made it easy to grab anything i needed.

Airy room, silent with breakfast included. A good choice of goodies for breakfast. Location next to the shopping mall and metro, Madrid, and airport.

Very clean room and bathroom

Comfortable beds and clean rooms provided a decent stay. Free nearby parking options were a nice bonus.

Keycard issues popped up frequently. It got tiresome running back to reception for a replacement after long days. Breakfast wasn't included for everyone and limited dining on Sundays added some inconvenience. Noise from the air conditioning disrupted my sleep on more than one occasion.

The cleanliness was great, and I appreciated the warm decor with amazing wood accents that added a special touch. The location was super convenient, just a short walk from a huge shopping area with plenty of choices to eat and shop.

The hotel was comfortable for our family with young kids. We appreciated the ample breakfast and the convenience of nearby shopping centers. The free parking.

In my wife's opinion, the children's play area could be improved.

It was a reliable pick for a mini-vacation in Rivas-Vaciamadrid with great value for money. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, made for a decent night's sleep. Stock up on essentials at the supermarket next door before heading in.

I heard noise from the adjoining room, hard to relax fully. There was also some disturbance from other guests late at night. Parking was plentiful, a significant plus, and the nearby shopping center had many dining options within walking distance. A good choice, but quieter rooms would make a big difference.
